Shipping Policy & Processing Time

We strive to make our customer experience graceful and seamless, from the moment you place your order until you unbox your Cashmere Bunnies purchase. Once the package leaves our hands, it is entrusted to the carrier for delivery. While we take great care in preparing it, we have limited influence over how it is handled during transit to you. Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival and let us know within 7 days if any significant damage occurred in transit. We kindly ask you to provide images of the damages and email us at nicole@cashmerebunnies.com.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Method - We ship via UPS, with tracking information provided once your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates - Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.  All U.S. orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

We understand how important it is to receive your order on time and in perfect condition. While we carefully prepare and ship your packages, unexpected delays or issues during transit may occasionally occur.  We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your shipment appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information provide at the time of shipping for the latest updates.  We are happy to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for packages marked as “Delivered”.

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, issue refunds, or cancellations once an order has shipped.
